Based on a strategic approach Petro Contract Navigators Company (PCN company) gathered a number of selected companies from private sector that had cooperated on a case by case basis in petroleum and marine industries for several years. This coalition aimed to deliver professional and specific services and products of these companies through the channel of an integrated group (Petro Contract Navigators Group), conducted by PCN company as the central company of this group.
